Privacy Policy

Last revised: September 2026

1. What this site collects

waxhawcapital.com is a static website. The site itself does not set cookies of its own and does not currently run analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider, Vercel, may keep standard server logs — such as IP addresses and requested pages — to operate and secure the service.

When analytics are enabled (we expect to use Google Analytics 4 and search-engine webmaster tools), this policy will be updated to describe them, and this section will name every provider in use.

2. What you send us

The contact options on this site compose an email in your own mail application, addressed to david@waxhawcapital.com. What you choose to send — which may include your name, company, industry, revenue range, and message — arrives in our inbox and is read by the firm's principals.

3. Confidential business information

Inquiries about selling a business may include confidential information, including business financials. We treat such submissions as confidential: they are read by the firm's principals, stored in our business email system, and are not sold, published, or shared with third parties in the ordinary course. Where an engagement proceeds, handling of confidential information is governed by a written NDA and engagement letter.

4. How long we keep it

Correspondence is retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, to evaluate or conduct an engagement, and to meet legal and record-keeping obligations. You may ask us to delete correspondence that we are not legally required to retain.

5. Service providers

Providers that currently process data in connection with this website: Vercel (website hosting and server logs), FormSubmit (formsubmit.co — relays contact-form submissions to our business email), and our business email provider. If we add a CRM or an analytics provider, each will be named here before or at the time it is put into use.

6. Your California rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, the right to request access to it, the right to request correction or deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.

We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, and we have not done so in the preceding twelve months. Because we market our services nationally, California residents may use the contact details below to exercise any of these rights, and we will respond as the law requires.

7. Children

This website is intended for business owners and their advisors. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

8. Changes

We may revise this policy from time to time. The date of the most recent revision appears at the top of this page.
